Necklace hunt and stress fest?

It's been a while.....and I won't try to make up excuses this time: I was actually not bothered to post. Ugh, yes I know, I'm an awful person, but I've just been really stressed lately!
My IB mocks are coming up in 3 weeks and I've done little-no revision! The worst part is, I keep procrastinating! Take today, for example, I was meant to revise psychology and biology. It's now 11:38 at night, and I still haven't done either of those. (For those fellow IB-ers suffering with me, here's a word from a veteran who survived IB)

not good.

On a much much brighter note, I have some results from my hunt for the perfect necklace (which I still haven't talked about yet!!!). So basically, I'm looking for a simple-ish double strand necklace to wear on a daily basis. You know how some people just have that piece of jewelry which you just know is theirs? Well, I'm hoping to find something like that for myself :)

I think my cousin shows impeccable gift giving skills here, I had a friend who gave me a hideous necklace which I know she loves, but unfortunately, I don't. So what does this teach us kids? That we should give gifts we know for sure the other person likes, not just what you like.

As for Clash of the Titans.......... I loved it, but then again, I like every movie that I watch.
But how can someone not love a movie when Gemma Arterton and Alexa Davolas are in it?!

When in Rome

How do you write the very first post of a blog? Are you meant to say something meaningful? Or do you just launch straight into the topic?

So...yes, I've decided to jump the bandwagon and start a blog of my own since some friends of mine already have a blog anyway (not that I'd let them read this of course! It's slightly embarrassing). When in Rome, act like the romans...right? Or am I using that incorrectly?

Anyway, I've decided to say something (vaguely) meaningful since it is, after all, the first post. I'd like to dedicate this post to my amazing friend (hereby known as Nicky) who spent countless hours on skype with me thinking of the proper title. OK, not really countless hours (15 minutes, but close enough). I've promised Nicky that if I actually manage to update this for 1 week (considering how uncommitted I am to everything, 1 week is quite a long time), well then, I'll show her what I've got :)
So, now I suppose I'll launch into the topic. Not that there even is a topic for this blog, but oh well.
I watched the Evolution of Ballet the other day with my mom! It was pretty good, very very pretty.
